A quick run over what me and dead eye expect in a sniper team...
When I say sniper I don't mean jump/quick snipeing... This is not aloud in wars unless used against you.. What I would like to see is your brainworking... Use skill with another person (spotter) and have good accurate communication with your spot man. Stay low at all times prone or crouched.. Also if your sniper is not suppresed I would like to see immidiate movement after a shot, hit or miss move your ass! This is the only way you can be more effective and trust me when doing it right you get alot more kills..

Well said Wize. Especially about the movement after each shot, this is a MUST when you have a loud sniper so that the other team cannot get a location on you and your spotter.
5 Things to keep in mind when finding where you will be sniping from.
1) Good Concealment
2) Good Area Of View (If possible multiple areas to snipe from)
3) An Escape Route (In case multiple enemies come your way)
4) Nearby Solid Cover to Evade Enemies that come to near.
5) Possibly Some Elevation
I know I'm not much of a sniper. I always carried claymores when seals. I would set one along side of me about 20 meters away. When I saw someone with the possibility of looking my way I would blow the claymore up and they would scope right on that than you have a clear shot. Just an advice. I did it to you dead-eye on threshold.
Good Day and Please be careful,
God Bless,
